Ministry Bio

Pastor Charles Gilmer dedicated his life to the Lord in 1983. He was ordained to ministry in 1987. He was a member of Marion COGIC for approximately 38 years serving in various ministry capacities. In 1998 he joined Keiser COGIC under the leadership of Pastor Emeritus Macon Drake and served as Assistant Pastor there and All People Fellowship Ministry for 24 years. In 2020 Pastor Drake installed him and Sarah as senior Pastors of the All People Fellowship Ministry. Co-Pastor Sarah Drake Gilmer was a member of 15th Street COGIC for 28 year and has served under Pastor Emeritus Macon Drake for 25 years in various ministry roles as well. Our joint ministry goals are soul winning and discipleship as we continue various outreach ministries.
